“Rules for the mandatory periodic Certification of production facilities on working conditions”

Production facilities are subject to mandatory periodic certification on working conditions.

Certification is carried out by specialized organizations for certification of production facilities, accredited in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, periodically, at least once every 5 years.

The procedure for conducting mandatory periodic certification of production facilities under working conditions is determined by the authorized state body for labor.

Extraordinary certification of production facilities according to working conditions is carried out at the request of the state control and supervision body for safety and labor protection in case of violation of the procedure for certification of production facilities for working conditions.

Monitoring compliance with the certification of production facilities is carried out by state labor inspectors.

To organize the certification of production facilities on working conditions, the employer issues an appropriate order to establish a certification commission composed of the chairman, members and secretary responsible for compiling, maintaining and storing documentation on certification of production facilities for working conditions.
