   Persons not younger than 18 years of age, who have passed medical examination with no contraindications to perform work at height (in advance of applying for a job and periodically once in two years in the future), having professional skills, having in the established procedure passed training on safe methods and techniques of works, training to safe methods and receptions of works, instructional guidance and examination on occupational health and safety and having received a corresponding certificate, are allowed to perform works at heights.

   Workers of all specialties, being assigned to perform works at height – installers, riggers, electric welders, gas cutters, locksmiths, etc. , must pass a medical examination, instructional guidance, training, testing of knowledge on safe techniques of work, have appropriate certificates for the right to execute them them and be allowed to perform work in accordance with the established procedure.
