The Labor Code is the main document regulating labor relations between the employee and the employer. It is very important to know and understand own rights and obligations in the sphere of labor and social provision provided by the state. Since most labor disputes arise due to ignorance of the Labor Code or lack of knowledge about the Labor Code WHATSOEVER!
In November 2015, there was a thorough revision of the old for this moment currently labor code of 2007, which caused a lot of excitement regarding the changes made to it. Would like to note that these changes were parity, i.e. there have been changes that we will consider in the comparative characterization of the old and the new code, were directed not only in favor of employers but also in favor of employees.
Besides the main revision in 2015, annually some articles of the labor code are also reviewed, so should always refer to the up-to-date source, links to up-to-date sources:
