Dual training is a form of training of personnel that combines training in the organization of education with mandatory periods of industrial training and professional practice at the enterprise (in the organization) with the provision of jobs and compensation to trainees with equal responsibility of the enterprise (organization), educational institution and trainee;
Dual training agreement – a written agreement between a student, an enterprise (organization) providing a workplace for industrial training and professional practice, and an educational institution that regulates the conditions and procedure for passing industrial training and professional practice;
Vocational training – a form of professional training aimed at developing a person to acquire new or changed professional skills necessary to perform a certain type of work;
Retraining – a form of professional training that allows you to master another profession or specialty;
Training contract – a written agreement between the employer and the trainee on the conditions of vocational training, retraining and competence development;
The employer provides vocational training, retraining and competence development of employees or other persons who are not in labor relations with him (trainee):
